"Questions" Launched!

This is a new series that I've started through my youtube channel, aimed at creating awareness for this page and its facebook component. Although we're only a fanpage (and an unofficial one at that), we can have some fun talking about the Golden Era of Bodybuilding and building an even larger audience for Ric's Corner!.

Building a blog is a long process that involves consistency in posting and creativity. You need a reason to come here, and in time, you'll find that I've built a great home away from home for this great channel. Again, if you're reading this on the day it came out - Welcome! But more than likely, you'll see this post after we've released several dozen others -- it's just how the Blogosphere works.

Ric responds...

" HI Chris, back in the day, I prefered to have my steaks med rare as it didn't kill it by cooking. Raw eggs, No! They're extremely hard to digest. I know you see it in movies, etc but it's not the way to go. Cooked lightly is better. AS far as raw milk, I don't remember much about that. Maybe a few guys did but more than that they followed the Rheo Blair idea of drinking cream! Cream was fat and was used as energy in place of carbs. Plain and simple. We basically got our protein from meat and egss the majority of the time."
